As promised, I tested this skirt pattern. As it was a test, I used a cheap fabric. I really like the fit of this dress. All pieces fit all together, it was a reel pleasure to sew it! The garment really looks like the technical drawing. The skirt was a little too long so I cut off 4 cm. I used 1m x 1.5m of main fabric and 50cm x 1.2m of lining. I will do it again with a better fabric very soon! Ps: I didn't have instructions so I can not rate them...
