Hi everyone,

We will be taking part in building the index of patterns by different companies, and I wondered which ones would you like to be included?

There's a huge heap of Burda and Ottobre in my cupboard, and then we shall also add links to McCall, Simplicity etc.

You are welcome to add patterns you are working on as well if you would like to share your projects. I know the pattern adding page is huge, but for the start I'll keep an eye on the new listings and make them more consistent. You can just mark the language, code, name, choose sizes and if there's a link to it online - mention that one as well.

There's one important thing about the index - please remember not to infringe copyright. It is okay to list a link and information, and it is very useful to use categories and tags, but not the actual pictures of patterns as designed by publishers or the scanned copies or suchlike.

We have an affiliate agreement with Amazon, so if the pattern is present there, we'll use the API to show photos. Otherwise you can add pictures to your project and eventually we'll let them be featured as a pattern illustration.

Here's my wish list:
Lekala and Bootstrap patterns, Style Arc patterns, Burda envelope as well as magazine patterns, Decades of Style patterns, and Marfy patterns
Thanks for asking!

I don't know how copyright works with relation to independent pattern companies, but I'd like to see Grainline Studios, Deer and Doe, Sewaholic and Megan Nielsen patterns. There are other "indies" but these are the ones I personally use the most.

Hello :) I can see that there are already a lot of patterns in the database which is great. Perhaps Minikrea and Onion can be added as well? Also I recommend Brindille and twig :)

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll just check if we ever sent notifications to the designers already... Could you please quote the websites for these designers,  or are they selling elsewhere?

Sure I can :)

I´m sorry these do not come out as links, but maybe you can copy them instead.  :)

We have given time for the database to grow, but it looks we shall be contacting some of the designers listed above anew to discuss adding the patterns to the database with photos :)

Thanks so much for the suggestions!

Hello - a slight problem. I have added a new project on my page, 1108 Weekender Summer in the City Shirt, Tunic and Shirtdress. A Hot Patterns design. Unfortunately the site is confusing this pattern with a Simplicity pattern of the same number, 1108. Is there anything I should do?
By the way, I have also added 1217, another Hot Patterns design, the Weekender Utility Cargo Pants since I couldn't find this amongst their patterns already listed.

Thanks so much.

Thank you for your ideas! I'll simply double-check if we've already notified the designers... Could you please provide links to these designers' websites, or do they sell elsewhere?

Any plans to add new sleeve designs? I am looking for a long or 3/4 petal style sleeve. Thanks.
