How interesting to hear of your much loved machines, Alicc62. I wish you many years of happy sewing with your new Singer.
I have an overlocker too. It really doesn't get much use either. However, in the past few weeks I have been using it quite a lot and have been finding out about using jersey, a material I had never tried before. Loving the experience too.
Have fun with your own sewing!

I love vintage sewing machines, I had a great collection of it. also, I enjoy the sewing machine makeover as it is fun, amazing yet simple.  Antique sewing machines are extremely valuable on the collectibles market if the machine's serial number is known. my grandmother used to sew on Singer Featherweight Sewing Machine , she passed away one year back and we still keep it as for her memory. and the one that i have been currently using is Brother Sewing Machine SE600 it is both Sewing and Embroidery Machine. bearing a features like 80 Designs, 103 Built-In Stitches, Computerized, 4" x 4" Hoop Area, 3.2" LCD Touchscreen Display, 7 Included Feet.
