Free previews affected by release last week

Dear All,
We are now working on an additional format - the Wide PDF that will be sent along with all the orders free of charge. You may have noticed that we are already sending a wide SVG along with every order, free of charge, 30 inches wide unless there are pattern blocks that are larger.
After the latest release last week, the free pattern previews have been sent as multi page files - they could be printed but for their dark blue background!
The IT team is now working on fixing the bug.
While these were free orders, and there was no payment made to us, we are striving to to provide the best service in the area of 2D/3D pattern drafting. We shall reprocess all the pattern previews that were affected and resend them to the original email address.
