| Notes | Love this and will be making it again! Very simple - just one piece (cut 10 times, though!) and a waistband, and very effective. I added a pocket in the side seam. Made out of a very cheap polyester twill which tries to snag and pucker on every stitch, but I tamed it with a microtex needle and the walking foot. I used a single-fold binding to 'face' the hem as it needed that bit of extra weight to help it drape. I am very pleased indeed with this skirt. |
