Had a couple fabrics for my big Swoon that just didn't play well, so I pulled them out, put them together and added some Kona Coal. They don't necessarily play well with each other, either, but I figure they'll grow on me.
08/09/2013 Update: Done with the top! And as predicted, I love it! Now to decide: cushion? or wall hanging? Hm.
10/01/2013 Update: Scrambled around to try to finish this in time for the Summer UFO group on Rav. Fail. But I'm half way through the binding and then just have to bury some ends and rip out some awful free motion quilting. Maybe I'll finish it tonight and then it'll be done! |
