11th September: I've got the fabric and the pattern now. Just need to get going, cut it all out and sew it up. I must finish my blue and white blouse first...... Got to get this completed by the end of next week! Why am I always at the last minute with projects?Right, got this cut out this afternoon, will start the sewing and finish the blouse later. It makes more sense!16th September: Completed the last bits this morning and posted the apron this afternoon.18th September: Cinnamon 23 has posted that she has recieved her apron, so I can now post my own photos and details here.Notes: I added interfacing to the waistband, since I felt this was needed. I also added my own fabric covered buttons to the pockets since they needed an extra detail. The green fabric used here is my own home-dyed fabric. It used to be part of a sheet. It isn't a totally even green , but is slightly mottled.Fabrics used: 1.25yd, View B with 7/8yd contrast fabricPattern used "Marilyn" by Threaded Pear Studios.Inspired by a dress worn by Marilyn Monroe, there are three lengths, waistband and pocket options.
