Hi there, i am doing this pattern for the first time and have run into a problem. The front upper skirt (cut one on the fold) is to be gathered to 21.1cm. however the front bodice is approx 46cm (after the darts are sewn) therefore do not match up. From what i can see there are no other front upper skirt pieces. The back bodice (cut 1+1) and back upper skirt pieces (cut 1+1) match up. Am i missing something here? or is there an error with the pattern?
