The pattydoo women's shirt "Liv" with hem band is a real allrounder: You can design your own ideal top from a variety of neckline and sleeve styles.

Definitely a stretchy fabric like cotton- or viscose-jersey. A
lightweight, stretchy sweatshirt material would also work well. The
hemband and neckline can be made out of jersey or else from a smooth or
ribbed knit.
According to your selections, you'll need somewhere between 20 cm/7 ⅞"
and 30 cm/11 ¾" of band/ribbing material. The amount of fabric needed
